WHO WE ARE

USA Up Star is a veteran-owned small business which maintains its professionalism and operational roots in that veteran military heritage.  Led by the few and the proud, we strive to be all we can be in performance of our missions.  From humanitarian aid to disaster recovery to mission support for many different types of events, our ability to plan, leverage and deploy resources, sustain operations, adapt, and recover successfully is a force multiplier for every mission. 

OUR PROCESS

From an operational perspective, we keep our three-stage process simple so that the natural complexities of disaster and the human factor can be adapted to with predictable efficiency and outcomes.  We have found that simplicity is genius when adapting to, improvising, and overcoming what others find stressful.

RECOVER

We stay until our part of the mission is complete.  Our missions are ongoing and ever-changing, so we don’t take a lot of time to linger and feel good about what we did.  Even as we continue to assist you onsite, our planners and world events are already dictating our next support operation. 

With that context in mind, we do our level best to ensure your ability to recover and begin building again after disaster is supported with the resources and planning efforts we put in place from the beginning.  We don’t leave any man behind, and will ensure a thorough transition process is in place as part of our planning efforts and onsite activities. 

Our ideal goal is to get you or your community back to a place of restoration where we are no longer needed, and life can resume with a clearly defined picture of what lies ahead and the steps to get there.
